HCDC works with builders and property developers on interior concepts that balance design identity, usability, buyer appeal and considered specification. Scope may include spatial planning, material palettes, show homes, common areas, furniture direction, lighting concepts and design guidelines.
Not every service is included in every commission. Scope is agreed for each brief.
